These demonstrations are always entertaining and informative and Chef David possesses a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of cooking on Traditional Range Cookers. Throughout the demonstrations his easy and approachable manner encourages his audiences to ask questions and David is very happy to answer them.
The smells and tastes of the recipes he prepares are truly amazing. The courses include ‘Meal Tasters’ of David’s demonstrated recipes and tea or coffee (course duration approximately 2 hours).
